Our Site is hosted by Krystal Hosting Ltd on servers located in the United Kingdom, which means that it will be fully protected under the Data Protection Legislation. Our email is hosted by IONOS in the UK and/or the EEA. Personal data stored in the EEA is protected under the EU GDPR and/or to equivalent standards by law, and transfers of personal data to the EEA from the UK are permitted without additional safeguards.
Some of Our service providers are located, or use sub-contractors located, outside the UK and the EEA (for example, in the USA). In particular, the icons used on Our Site are delivered by Font Awesome from servers operated by Fonticons, Inc. in the USA, which means that your IP address and basic technical information are sent to Fonticons, Inc. when you visit Our Site. Our cookie consent provider also uses sub-contractors in the USA for certain services such as content delivery and security.
If any of your personal data is stored in or transferred to a country outside of the UK and the EEA (known as a “third country”), We will take additional steps to ensure that your personal data is treated just as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the Data Protection Legislation.
